We dispatch packages to all 🇪🇺 EU countries from our EU-based warehouses (normally, from Poland – a member of the European Union Customs Union) in order to avoid any customs checks. Our pricing for the EU is higher because we offer free reshipments if needed so we guarantee that you will finally receive your package or get your money back.

Our shipping process is focused more on ease of your packages traveling through the postal systems, than overall speed. One well-sent package that does not need to be re-shipped will almost always arrive sooner than one that has swiftly moved through the postal system. If your order is ever stopped for more than 15 business days, we will send a free reshipment. This is not automatic, please contact us.

If your order does not make it to you for any reason that is not something like your giving us an improper shipping address, or not being home to receive your delivery, we will reship you without hesitation. All packages are packed in nondescript, discreet packaging and they may not be returned to sender.

Customs clearance is an obligatory procedure for all goods crossing a border between some countries. The clearance usually takes 1-2 days but sometimes may take up to 7 business days if there is a delay at Customs so you may, therefore, experience a delay in receiving your items. While we make the effort to ensure all parcels pass through customs without issue (99.5% of our parcels go through 🇺🇸 the US, 🇨🇦 Canadian, 🇬🇧 the UK, 🇦🇺 Australian customs smoothly), individual countries have different criteria. In the unlikely event of your parcel gets lost or stuck at Customs for more than 2 weeks, we will reship it for free or give you a full refund if preferred. We also split bulk orders or large quantities (for example, 500 tablets) into several packages (300 tabs each) and ship them separately every 3-5 days in order to avoid any issues at Customs.
